Lead Time & Delivery
Built to order in the UAE. Lead time is 5 to 6 weeks from receipt of the deposit and artwork approval. Dates are estimates.
Free delivery in Dubai and Abu Dhabi; other emirates on request. Please make sure the delivery route and final position are flat, level and clear of obstructions.
Care & Finish
The powder coat protects the exterior. Cooking surfaces and interior steel are bare and will rust if left unprotected: season them with cooking oil when the smoker is not in use, clean out ash and grease after each cook, and keep it covered.

What is the difference between the Blue Smoke and the Ultra Blue Smoke?
The cook chamber, firebox and features are the same. The Ultra adds a high-temperature powder-coated exterior for a longer-lasting finish in UAE conditions.
Will it rust?
The powder-coated exterior resists rust. Cooking surfaces and the interior are bare steel and will rust if left unprotected, so season them with cooking oil when the smoker is not in use and keep it covered.
How long does it take to build?
5 to 6 weeks from receipt of the 50% deposit and artwork approval.
