Delivery, Returns & Warranty for BBQ Grills in the UAE

At Exit 10 BBQ, we place your satisfaction at the forefront of our priorities. Here is how delivery, payment, returns, warranty and class cancellations work.

Delivery & Lead Times

  • Free delivery in Dubai and Abu Dhabi; other emirates on request.
  • Our grills and pit smokers are heavy. Please make sure the delivery route and final position are flat, level and clear of obstructions. We recommend at least two people for any movement.
  • Backyard grills (The Mini, The Tejano, The Reaper) and accessories: made to order in 1–2 weeks from order confirmation.
  • Event grills (The Kraken, The Iron Bear, The Fenix): 3–4 weeks. Pit smokers (The Blue Smoke, The Ultra Blue Smoke, The Smoke Wagon, The Smoky Bandit): 5–6 weeks. Both from receipt of the 50% deposit and design sign-off. Dates are estimates.
  • Inspect your equipment on delivery and report any visible defect in writing within 2 days, after which the equipment is deemed accepted.

Payment

  • All prices are in AED and exclude VAT. UAE VAT at the prevailing rate (currently 5%) is added to the final invoice.
  • In-stock items and masterclass seats: pay in full at checkout.
  • Made-to-order equipment: a 50% non-refundable deposit is required to begin fabrication. The 50% balance is due on delivery, before release of the equipment.
  • Ownership passes to the client on receipt of full payment. Risk passes on delivery.

No-Refund Policy

Everything we make is built to order, so all sales are final. Masterclass seats follow the class cancellation policy below.

    All sales are final
    Every Exit 10 grill, smoker and accessory is made to order in the UAE, built for you once your order is placed. Because of that we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges once an order is confirmed and payment or the deposit is received.

    Check the details before you order
    Talk to us before you buy: sizes, options, accessories and custom branding are all confirmed with you, and every build starts only after your design sign-off.

    Warranty still covers you
    The no-refund policy does not affect our 2-year warranty on fabricated parts. If something we built is defective, we will repair or replace it. See the warranty below.

Warranty

  • Exit 10 warrants its fabricated products against defects in materials and workmanship for 24 months from delivery.
  • The warranty excludes normal wear, rust or surface wear from weather exposure, misuse, improper cleaning, unauthorised modification and consumables.
  • Exit 10’s sole obligation under this warranty is to repair or replace the defective part.
  • This warranty is valid only for units delivered and used in the UAE. It does not apply to units exported outside the UAE.

Care & Finish

We prefer never to paint or chemically coat our grills and pit smokers. They develop a unique finish called patina, which includes changes in colour and some surface rust. That is normal and expected: it is what bare steel does.

In the UAE’s coastal humidity, wipe down and re-oil exposed steel regularly, keep the cooking surfaces seasoned, and cover the unit when it is not in use.

Masterclass Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations must be made in writing by email to Dave@exit10bbq.com. The cancellation date is the date we receive your email.
  • Cancel more than 3 weeks (21 days) before the class: 50% refund of the amount paid.
  • Cancel within 3 weeks (21 days) of the class: no refund, and no transfer or credit to another class unless approved in writing by Exit 10 management.
  • No-shows and late arrivals: no refund or credit.
  • Seats are non-transferable. No one else may attend in your place.
  • If Exit 10 cancels or reschedules the class, you may choose a full refund or a seat at the new date.
  • Students must be 13 or older. Anyone under 13 will not be admitted and no refund will be given.
  • By completing payment, you agree to this policy.

Rental Cancellations

  • 30+ days before the event: full refund
  • 15 to 30 days before: 50% refund
  • Within 15 days: non-refundable
