BBQ Catering FAQ
How much does a pitmaster cost?
AED 6,000 per pitmaster per event, covering up to 8 hours, excluding VAT. Each extra hour is AED 1,000. With Full Culinary Service, food and meat are agreed and invoiced separately.
Do you supply the meat and food?
With Full Culinary Service, yes: Exit 10 runs the BBQ preparation and cooking from start to finish. With Culinary Support, meat, food and ingredients are supplied by you.
Where do you cater?
Dubai and Abu Dhabi. Other emirates on request, subject to approval from our management team.
What do you need from the venue?
Venue access, power and water where required, and any permits the venue requires.
Can you bring the grills and smokers?
Yes. Add any of our rental units, from the Iron Bear to the Smoky Bandit, to your booking. See rental rates.
