The octagonal body is not styling. Eight faces of high-performance venting pull air up through the fuel column hard enough to get a full load lit and ashed over fast, and the flat faces sit stable on a grill rim or a table instead of rolling off it.
It also works as: a camping cook stove, a high-temperature searing station, and an extra cooking surface alongside the Tejano.
Because it is uncoated stainless rather than the galvanised steel most chimneys are made from, you can cook directly on top of it — add the Dragao Grill Grate and it becomes the hottest surface in your whole setup. A galvanised chimney cannot do that safely at any price.
Gloves always recommended. It gets exactly as hot as you would expect.
