Privacy Policy

How Exit 10 BBQ collects, uses and protects your personal data.

This policy explains how Exit 10 Ventures FZC ("Exit 10 BBQ", "we") collects and uses personal data when you visit exit10bbq.com, buy from us, book a class, rental or event, or message us. We follow the UAE Personal Data Protection Law (Federal Decree-Law No. 45 of 2021). Last updated 28 October 2026.

What we collect

  • Contact details you give us: name, email, phone/WhatsApp number, Instagram handle, delivery or event address.
  • Order and booking details: products, rentals, classes and events you book, and their dates.
  • Payment confirmations. Card details are handled by our payment provider (Stripe, through Wix); we never see or store your full card number.
  • Messages you send us through forms, WhatsApp, email or Instagram.
  • Website usage data: pages viewed, device and browser type, and approximate location, collected with cookies only if you accept analytics cookies.

Why we use it

  • To quote, sell, build, deliver and support your grill, smoker or accessories.
  • To run rentals, catering, consultancy and masterclass bookings you ask for.
  • To run giveaways you enter (for example our Taste of Abu Dhabi ticket draw) and contact winners.
  • To send news and offers, only if you opt in. You can unsubscribe at any time.
  • To keep accounting and tax records required by UAE law, and to improve our website.

Who we share it with

Only with service providers that help us run the business, under their own privacy terms: Wix (website, store, forms and customer records), Stripe (payments), Google (analytics, if you accept cookies), Meta (Instagram and WhatsApp messages), ManyChat (Instagram message automation) and delivery partners for your order. We do not sell personal data. Some providers store data outside the UAE; we only use providers with recognised safeguards.

Cookies

Essential cookies keep the cart and checkout working. Analytics cookies (Google Analytics) are only set after you click "Accept" on the cookie banner. You can change your choice any time by clearing cookies for exit10bbq.com.

How long we keep it

Order, invoice and tax records: as long as UAE law requires (generally at least five years). Marketing contacts: until you unsubscribe. Giveaway entries: until the draw is complete and any prize is delivered.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, restrict or object to its use, or withdraw consent for marketing. Email dave@exit10bbq.com and we will reply within 30 days. You may also complain to the UAE Data Office.

Children

Our website is not aimed at children under 13. Masterclasses are for ages 13 and over. Photos of children at our events are only published with a parent's permission.

Changes

We may update this policy. The date at the top shows the latest version.
