Terms & Conditions

The terms for buying, booking and using exit10bbq.com.

These terms apply to purchases, bookings and use of exit10bbq.com, operated by Exit 10 Ventures FZC, Block B, Office B25-085, Sharjah Research, Technology and Innovation Park (SRTIP), Sharjah, United Arab Emirates (SRTIP Free Zone licence no. 4923, VAT TRN 104655103000003). Prices and VAT

Prices are in UAE dirhams (AED) and exclude VAT unless stated. 5% VAT is added at checkout and shown on your tax invoice.

Orders and payment

An order is confirmed once payment is received and we confirm it by email or WhatsApp. Payments are processed securely by Stripe through our Wix store.

Custom builds

Made-to-order grills and smokers start after a 50% non-refundable deposit and your sign-off on the design. The balance is due on delivery, before the equipment is released. Everything we make is built to order, so all sales are final; this does not affect your warranty. In-stock items and masterclass seats are paid in full at checkout.

Delivery, returns and warranty

Delivery is free in Dubai and Abu Dhabi; other emirates on request. Fabricated parts carry a 2-year warranty. Full details are on our Delivery, Returns & Warranty page, which forms part of these terms.

Masterclasses

  • Cancel in writing more than 21 days before the class: 50% refund.
  • Within 21 days of the class: no refund or transfer. No-shows: no refund.
  • If we cancel, you get a full refund or a new date.
  • Minimum age 13. Cancellations to dave@exit10bbq.com.

Rentals, catering and events

Rental and event bookings follow the quote and rental terms we send you, including deposits, the cleaning fee and the condition the equipment must be returned in. See our rentals page.

Safe use

Grills and smokers use live fire and get very hot. Follow our guidance, keep children and pets away from hot equipment, use them outdoors on stable, non-flammable ground, and never leave a lit fire unattended.

Giveaways

Giveaways and ticket draws run under the rules published with each campaign (for example on our Taste of Abu Dhabi page). Entering means you accept those rules.

Website content

Photos, videos, text and the Exit 10 name and logos belong to Exit 10 Ventures FZC and may not be copied without permission.

Liability and law

Nothing in these terms limits your rights under UAE consumer protection law. These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Sharjah and the federal laws of the UAE.
