Exit 10 Master Classes – Refund & Cancellation Policy

By enrolling in an Exit 10 Master Class, you (“Participant,” “Customer,” or “you”) acknowledge and agree to the following refund and cancellation terms.

1. General Policy
Exit 10 Master Classes are scheduled, limited-capacity events. For this reason, cancellations and refunds are subject to the timelines outlined below. Refund eligibility is based on the date and time Exit 10 receives your cancellation request in writing.

2. Cancellation & Refund Eligibility
Refunds are calculated based on the total amount paid for the Master Class and depend on how far in advance the cancellation is submitted.
A) Cancellations More Than 14 Days Before the Scheduled Class

Refund Amount: 100% refund

A full refund will be issued if you cancel your enrollment more than fourteen (14) days prior to the scheduled class date.
B) Cancellations Between 14 Days and 7 Days Before the Scheduled Class

Refund Amount: 50% refund

If you cancel your enrollment within fourteen (14) days but more than seven (7) days prior to the scheduled class date, you will be eligible for a 50% refund of the total amount paid.
C) Cancellations Within 7 Days of the Scheduled Class

Refund Amount: No refund

If you cancel your enrollment within seven (7) days of the scheduled class date, you are not entitled to a refund, regardless of the reason.

3. How to Submit a Cancellation Request
All cancellation requests must be submitted in writing, via email, and must include:

Booking reference number (if available)

Class name and scheduled date

Reason for cancellation (optional)

A cancellation will be considered effective only when confirmed by Exit 10 in writing.

4. Refund Processing
Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method whenever possible. Please allow 7–14 business days for refunds to be issued and reflected in your account, depending on your bank or payment provider.

5. Non-Refundable Fees
Unless otherwise required by applicable law, any third-party transaction fees, processing fees, or administrative charges (if applicable) may be non-refundable.

6. No-Shows
If you do not attend the scheduled class without prior written cancellation (“no-show”), you are not entitled to a refund, credit, or rescheduling.

7. Exit 10 Right to Reschedule or Cancel
Exit 10 reserves the right to reschedule or cancel a Master Class due to circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to instructor illness, venue issues, equipment failure, or safety concerns.
If Exit 10 cancels a class, participants will be offered either:

A full refund, or

The option to transfer enrollment to a future class date (subject to availability.

Exit 10 reserves the right to update or modify this Refund & Cancellation Policy at any time. Any changes will apply only to bookings made after the effective date of the updated policy unless otherwise required by law.
